Kaarigar Mitra is an initiative by Kaarigar Clinic inviting freshers, mid-level professionals, and senior professionals to join us in our journey of creating a nurturing artisan economy. People from diverse sectors, including journalism, software engineering, law, public policy, management, design, and finance, keen to make a difference in the craft sector can become Kaarigar Mitra.
We are open to both online and offline modes of engagement. However, for those looking to understand the realities of the craft communities, we recommend field immersion.

Fellowship: Kaarigar Doctor Programme is a year-long fellowship for young professionals (0-3) years of experience. Graduates from any background interested in experiencing various facets of rural development can join us as a fellow. Fellows will be provided with a monthly stipend and choose to work in a hybrid mode.
